Holy Qur'an with Color Coded Tajweed Rules (Persian Script - Indian/Pakistani Arabic script style).

It is a great pleasure for Islamic Book Service New Delhi to introduce this project in India for the first time. This humble effort is an attempt to facilitate the Tilaawah of the Qur'an with Tajweed.

Seven different colour shades have been used and each colour represents a Tajweed Rule.

The colour coding system has been introduced to highlight the Rules of Tajweed found in the Qura'nic text. Having a colour block on the Tajweed Rule allows the reciter to emphasise the accent, phonetics, rhythm and temper of the Quranic recitation.

It is imperative for the reciter to have a working knowledge of the Rules of Tajweed in order to know how to pronounce the letters on which emphasis has to be laid.

We shall appreciate feedback, if any, on this colour coded concept for the benefit of the reciter.
